91.09.21 Added the -I ListFName option for translating bankfiles.  
         Removed the -Q option (too unclean for a command line utility).

91.08.11 After experimentation, it was felt that it would be better to
         copy the Op0 parameters to the Op1 parameters instead of
         zeroing out the Op1 parameters (percussion mode).  Fixed
         many small annoying bugs.  Changed the format for parameter
         display.

         Cleaned up the code.

         IBK or SBI instrument (they have no way of storing PERC info)
